Egg Incubators

Having raised chickens for several years now , My wife decided she would like to take it to a higher level and purchased a HOVABATOR (model 2362N).I was just wondering if anyone had any info ,thoughts ,or opinions on the subject.Thanks in advance .

Either and or both. I'm also interested in finding out what others thought was the best meat and egg breed .
